Organic Dead Sea Salt Foot Treatment:
Giving a Footbath:
So simple yet so relaxing, especially good for tired feet, but will also treat any fungal or cracked feet and increase circulation. Add 2 table spoon of Nature’s Organic Dead Sea Salt for extra touch, add 1 tablespoon of carrier oil, 4 drops of organic essential oil.
Set in a comfortable chair. Place a large towel on the floor, place a large bowl of water between their feet. Sit on the floor opposite on a cushion and place a second large towel on your legs to catch any spills.
- Pick up one of the foot with your hand and underneath it, so you can check the temperature of the water as you submerge the foot add Organic Dead Sea Salt to the water. Follow the other foot.
- Place your left hand under the arch of the left foot and your right hand supporting the ankle. Slide your fingers in four large firm circular movements from heel to toes. Repeat three times.
- Hold the left foot with both hands with thumbs on top and your fingers under the foot. Press your fingers into the arch of the foot, while the thumbs firmly stroke the top of the foot from the middle of the foot outwards, in four rhythmic movements. Work form the heel to toes, Repeat three times.
- Hold the left foot with both hands with thumbs on top and your fingers under the foot. Press your fingers into the arch of the foot, while your thumbs firmly stroke the top of the foot from the middle of the foot outwards, in four rhythmic movements. Work from the heel to the ball of the foot. Repeat three times.
- Rest the foot easily in bowel, use both hands working in three circles, massage the achilles tendon. Repeat three times.
- With finger pad make small finger circles around each ankle three times.
- Take a little water in both hands while the foot still rests in bowl and wet the leg below the knee. Now firmly squeeze the calf muscle in four strong movement working down leg to the foot. Repeat three times.
- Rest outside of the left foot in the palm of your left hand. With the thumb of your right hand. With the thumb of your right hand, work in five straight lines along the metatarsal bones from toes to ankle.
- Retain the same hold and gently pull and twist each toe between thumb and fingers of your right hand.
Finally, rest both of your hands on their feet for a moment. Take one foot out at a time and rest them on your knees. Take one foot out at a time and rest them on your knees. Cover with the ends of the towel that is draped on your legs. Move the water bowl to the side. Draw your knees together and dry their legs and feet. Pay particular attention to drying firmly between each toe, dragging pointer fingers and thumb from mid – foot to between the toes. Repeat three times.
